By accessing or using the Sekhukhune Women's Summit & Community Awards website ("the Website") and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Nominations are subject to eligibility criteria published on the Website and in the awards guide. Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection, shortlisting or winning. All decisions by judges and the organising team are final.

Entry or administration fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Event tickets are subject to separate terms displayed at the point of purchase.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, and software, is the property of the Sekhukhune Women's Summit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

By submitting content (such as nomination photos, biographies or videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display that content for the purpose of promoting and running the Summit and awards.

You are responsible for any content you submit. You warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, is not defamatory, obscene, abusive, or unlawful, and does not contain malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any submission that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

Payments for nominations, tickets, sponsorships or merchandise are processed through our payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the applicable amount. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on it.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
